Odor-Ace utilizes an innovative technology that borrows from nature’s cycle. At the heart of Odor-Ace is a beneficial microbe and enzyme system that actually digest the typical household spills and materials that cause odor (eg. pet urine, milk, wine) and converts that spill into odor-less water and carbon dioxide.

Odor-Ace microbes are naturally occurring and are not genetically modified. They can be found in dirt and streams and are used by nature as recyclers. Communities harness their abilities in water treatment plants and to help in cleaning up oil spills.

Fabri-Zyme developed and patented the method to permanently bond these beneficial microbes to surfaces.

How it works:

Odor-Ace Microbes Organic spill/residue (urine, milk, wine etc)
	Odor-Ace microbes lay dormant, permanently bonded to the treated surface. They are the parent microbes.
	When a spill occurs on the treated surface, the Odor-Ace microbes “wake-up” and begin producing enzymes.
	The Odor-Ace microbes use the enzymes to break down the spill into odor-less water and carbon dioxide. The parents multiply and have offspring that also create enzymes and eat the spill.
	When the spill is digested, Odor-Ace microbes return to their dormant state. The parents will remain permanently bonded and the offspring will remain until they are washed away.
